About this event

There are better and faster ways to build and organize a stellar bibliography besides typing it up by hand every time!

We will cover how to implement and master Zotero and make it a part of your life, saving you from hours upon hours of reference hunting, re-typing references, and essay stress. Two sessions will be led by Harry Bartholomew (Graduate Trainee Librarian) and Lucy Woolhouse (Reader Services Librarian) on Thursday 11th February via Zoom at 1.30-2.30pm and 5.30-6.30pm. This will be an interactive session where we will talk you through downloading and using Zotero.

This session is aimed at Queens' graduate students, though undergraduates are welcome. Please ensure you pick the correct ticket for your preferred time.

Founded in 1448, Queens' College Library consists of both old and new. The Old Library is still situated in its original room with bookcases made from medieval lecterns. Although none of the original collection remains, the library holds a fine and hugely significant collection of c. 30,000 early printed books and manuscripts dating from the 12th to 19th centuries.

Occupying the old Chapel, the student library (War Memorial Library) is spread over 3 floors and provides a variety of study spaces, as well as books for all tripos subjects and friendly librarians who are happy to help with any questions.
